Winter Warmer: Broccoli & Potato Soup

My roommate is always making soup. Yesterday I got home and she offered me some of this! It is one of the tastiest soups I have ever tasted and is perfect for a cold day. It is really easy to make and is a wonderful color. Enjoy!
